Initial consultation is about 2 hours to get to know brides and grooms, find out what ideas they have for they day of memories. and to answer guestions in keeping with their budget.Assisting them with them defining color schem, theme and favors. Along with helping assist with selection of wedding attire and accessories. Keeping in mind of the budget.Giving advise on vendor referrals. And most important to hear what your expectation of our company and how we may assist them.
Full Day Service
Vendor research/referrals
Tracking of budget/payment schedules
Correspondence and appointment scheduling with vendors
Attendance at vendor meeting
Assistance with invitations
Assistance with design detail
Advise on rehersal dinner location
Exact pricing depends on: *Number of guest, *location of ceremony and reception, *number of months in advance that services are secured *Individual coordinators maybe addedaccording to individual needs of the event/wedding, for an additional fee of $175.
Event/Wedding Day Director $500
(For the couple who are looking for the basic help on their wedding day or event day. These are people who have done all the planning and just wanted help for the day.)
Initial consultation to discuss set up of your day in detail
Orchestrate event/wedding
Timeline setup and coordination of your centerpieces, place cards, favors, guest book, toasting flutes and any other decor elements at your reception and other elements at your ceremony as well.
Meet with vendor detailing/confirming the day
Attend and conduct rehearsal; supervise setup
Instruct ushers of duties; assist bridaly party getting dress
Organize processional line up
Assist with catering staff, MC, photographer and videographer
Keep reception going
Make final payments to vendors.
*Exact pricing depends on:Number of guest*location of ceremony and reception* Number of months in advance that service are secured. *Individual coordinators maybe added according to individual needs of the event/wedding day service,for additional fee of $175.
*Wedding Day Services include travel time to meetings, rehearsal, and ceremony within 1/2 hour of Lake Orion. Travel fee beyon that distance will be dependant on distance from Lake Orion and service selected.
